Lara Logan

 Lara Logan, born 29 March 1971, is a South African radio and television journalist and war correspondent. She worked as a correspondent for CBS News between 2002 and 2018.60 Minutes executive producer Jeff Fager called her factually inaccurate and politically slanted report on the 2012 Benghazi attack "the most erroneous mistake I've made in my 10-year-watch." She joined the Sinclair Broadcast Group in 2019, a conservative media firm. [4] She joined Fox Nation in January 2020. Fox News runs the subscription streaming service. In March 2022, she said she had been "dumped" by the company. Logan was a news reporter for Durban's Sunday Tribune (1988-1989) and the Daily News (1990-1992). In 1992 she joined Reuters Television Africa, primarily as a senior producer. After four years of working for Reuters Television in Africa, she moved into freelance journalistic work. She was hired as a reporter/editor/producer at Fox/SKY, Fox/SKY (in London), CBS News, ABC News, NBC News and the European Broadcasting Union. She was a reporter for CNN and reported on events like the 1998 United States embassy bombings in Nairobi and Tanzania as well as the ongoing conflict in Northern Ireland, and the Kosovo war.
